3SBIO (01530.HK) announced the declaration of all shares of Mandi Inc. by way of distribution in specie. The stock opened 3.36% higher today, and peaked at $25. It surged 10.25% to close at $24.96 at noon, with a trading volume of 38.3572 million shares, involving $922 million. 3SBIO declared a special dividend to be implemented by way of a distribution in specie of all of the Mandi Inc. shares held by the Company before the completion of the proposed spin-off to qualifying shareholders in proportion to their respective shareholding interest in the Company. The Company announced in November 2025 the proposed spin-off and separate listing of Mandi Inc. on the main board of the Stock Exchange.
