CATL (03750.HK) recently entered into a Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the Yunnan Provincial People's Government in Kunming, and signed a series of special cooperation agreements with Kunming City, Central area of Yunnan, Yunnan Provincial Energy Investment Group and others, marking the full initiation of in-depth cooperation between the parties in multiple fields, focusing on 'green power + advanced manufacturing', CATL said. The parties will jointly advance the deep development of green energy, the electrification of transportation and logistics networks, and the construction of province-wide charging and battery swapping infrastructure and comprehensive energy service networks. This aims to build a green industrial ecosystem covering 'source, grid, load and storage', thereby aiding the optimization of Yunnan's energy structure and the industrial green upgrade.
