Under adjusted caliber, HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK)  +1.550 (+1.578%)    Short selling $352.22M; Ratio 27.917%   's 1H25 revenue grew 5.7% YoY, while its profit before tax increased by 5.1% YoY, with a growth rate accelerating +1.5 ppts/ -3.8 ppts from 1Q25, Huatai Securities released a research report saying. Given the organizational restructuring that enhances operational efficiency, the broker kept rating at Buy.

Due to strong non-interest growth momentum but increased provisions, Huatai Securities forecasted 2025-2027 EPS to be US$1.23/ US$1.28/ US$1.34 each, up 0%/ 0%/ +1% from the previous value, and believed that the Company's wealth management outlook is promising.
