Citi Research issued a research report saying that it participated in the live broadcast of TENCENT (00700.HK)(TCEHY.US)'s 2025 Tencent Global Digital Ecosystem Summit held in Shenzhen on Tuesday (16th). Following the event, the broker reached positive conclusions, and anticipated TENCENT to further leverage its AI capabilities to enhance monetization opportunities in core businesses. This is expected to accelerate growth in cloud and business services revenue, benefiting from Chinese enterprises' globalization efforts and increasing trust among international companies in using Tencent Cloud and its products and industry solutions. Therefore, the broker kept rating at Buy for TENCENT, with a target price of $735 based on sum of parts, equivalent to a 2026 non-GAAP PE of 22x, implying an estimated CAGR of 13% for 2024-2027.
